By downloading, installing, or accessing the **Trackr** application, you agree to be bound by these terms. Trackr is a product developed and maintained by the **Andari Technical Collective**.

02 // Purpose & Disclaimer

Trackr is provided strictly as a personal expense management utility. Trackr does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. All calculations and visualizations are for organizational purposes only.

03 // Data & Backup Responsibility

Trackr utilizes a **Local-First Architecture**. This means your financial data never leaves your device. Consequently:

• Trackr/Andari cannot recover lost or deleted data.
• Users are responsible for utilizing the "Export" feature for backups.
• Data is permanently purged upon application uninstallation.

As a product of iterative development, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features within Trackr to improve performance, security, or user experience.
